Tom Yum Soup

Tom Yum Soup (1 portion)
  1. Boil 300 ml. of water in pot.
  2. Add 30 grams of Tom Yum Paste and 20 grams of Sweet Chilli Paste into pot.
  3. Add 3 pieces of Lime leaves and some slice Lemon Grass into pot.
  4. Add 3-5 Prawns and 100 ml. of Milk into pot and Boil it.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of Fish Sauce and 1 tablespoon of Suger.
  6. Add 3 pieces of Tomato and 50 grams Mushrooms.
  7. Taste & Serve with some slice Spring Onion and some Coriander on the top of Tom Yum Soup.
