Green Curry Chicken

Green Curry Chicken (1 Portion)

  1. Put a little bit of oil and heat it in pot.

  2. Add 15 gram of Green Curry Paste and 2 pieces of Lime Leaves and fry until fragrant.

  3. Add 150 ml Coconut Milk and cook with stirring until the coconut milk begins to have an oil sheen.

  4. And 150 gram of Chicken and boil it.

  5. Add 2 teaspoon Suger and 1 teaspoon of Fish Sauce.

  6. Add 20 gram Bamboo Shots and 5 Sweet Basil leaves.

  7. Boil it and taste and serve with steam rice.

*** You can also change chicken to Prawn or Beef if you want. Also, you can put some slice carrot, Broccoli or other Vegetable
