- Put a little bit of oil and heat it in pot.
- Add 15 gram of Green Curry Paste and 2 pieces of Lime Leaves and fry until fragrant.
- Add 150 ml Coconut Milk and cook with stirring until the coconut milk begins to have an oil sheen.
- And 150 gram of Chicken and boil it.
- Add 2 teaspoon Suger and 1 teaspoon of Fish Sauce.
- Add 20 gram Bamboo Shots and 5 Sweet Basil leaves.
- Boil it and taste and serve with steam rice.
