Green Curry Chicken

Green Curry Chicken (1 Portion)

  1. Put a little bit of oil and heat it in pot.

  2. Add 15 gram of Green Curry Paste and 2 pieces of Lime Leaves and fry until fragrant.

  3. Add 150 ml Coconut Milk and cook with stirring until the coconut milk begins to have an oil sheen.

  4. And 150 gram of Chicken and boil it.

  5. Add 2 teaspoon Suger and 1 teaspoon of Fish Sauce.

  6. Add 20 gram Bamboo Shots and 5 Sweet Basil leaves.

  7. Boil it and taste and serve with steam rice.

*** You can also change chicken to Prawn or Beef if you want. Also, you can put some slice carrot, Broccoli or other Vegetable

Pad See Ew (Chicken Rice Noodle)

Today, I'm gonna give you another simple dish which is Chicken with Rice Noodle (Thai people call "Pad See Ew")

Stir-fry Chicken with Rice Noodle (1 Portion)
  1. Put oil in pan and heat then add Egg and fry until done.

  2. Put in 150g.of Slice Chicken and cook & mix until 90% done.

  3. Add 300g. of Rice Noodle and put some water and cook until soft.

  4. Add tablespoon of Oyster Sauce, tablespoon of Soy Sauce, teaspoon of Sweet Soy Sauce and White Paper then mix it.

  5. Add some cut Chinese Broccoli mix together, taste and Serve.

***don't forget to put white paper, it make this dish very nice***
