Let Start...!!!

There are many famous menus in Thai restaurant. One of them which is Stir-fry Chicken with Cashew Nut. Tonight, I’m gonna to tell you a very easy way to cook it.

Stir-fry Chicken with Cashew Nut (1 portion)
  1. Put oil in pan and heat.
  2. Put in 200g.of Slice Chicken Breast and stir.

  3. Add some Silce Onion and teaspoon of Dried Cut Chilli.
  4. Add a little bit of water where needed and stir onion until soft.
  5. Add tablespoon of Oyster Sauce and teaspoon of Suger and stir and taste.

  6. Add Spring Onion & Cashew Nut mix together and Serve.

ME ???

Hi everyone, I’m Gard. I come from Kanchanaburi, Thailand. Kanchanaburi is one province in west of Thailand. There are many attractive places to visit such as River Kwai Bridge, Kanchanaburi War Cemetery and many national parks. I recommend every tourists who want to visit Thailand “Don’t forget to visit Kanchanaburi”. It’s not far from Bangkok just 130KM from Bangkok.

Here, my time job is a chef in Thai restaurant. This is the first time for me to do web blog as a journalist. I will write Thai food recipe that I know in this web blog (start first dish next blog...^_^). And also, if you want to know any Thai dish, feel free to ask me.
